Candidates 1

They are a Head Chef and Assistant Manager / Front of House couple looking for a combined salary of R40 000 live in. He has a City and Guilds Diploma in Culinary Arts and has both local and international experience. He describes himself as a passionate and creative chef, always looking to push boundaries and exceed expectations. She has a Diploma in Public Relations and started her career off as a guide but quickly progressed to Management in a 5* property in the North West. She has excellent communication as well as guest interaction skills and describes herself as hardworking, dependable, highly organized and eager to learn. They are open to opportunities anywhere in SA. 

Candidate 2

She is a qualified Beauty, Health and Skincare Therapist with 5 years’ experience in the industry. She has a background working onboard cruise liners as well as local spa’s.  She is well spoken, outgoing and professional. Her expected salary is R6 500.00 live in and she will consider opportunities in the northern parts of SA.

Candidate 3

With extensive experience in 5* properties across SA, she will be an asset to any establishment!  She is well presented, well-spoken and has predominately been involved in Front Office / Front of House and Guest Relations positions. She is keen to take on positions where she can grow and will consider opportunities anywhere in the country and has a salary expectation of R10 000.00 live in

Candidate 4

Having completed her National Diploma in Somatology in 2012, she has been working at world-class lodges in South Africa. She comes highly recommended and has superb communication skills. She has also worked in reception at the various properties, is versatile and has no problems assisting wherever needed. She is open to any areas and requires a salary of R8 000.00 live in + commission.

Candidate 5

They will definitely not be on the market for long! Both are Field Guides and have completed Lodge Management Courses through Wildlife Campus. He is a FGASA level 2 Advanced Field Guide (NQF level 4) with over 5 years big 5 experience and she is a FGASA Level 1 (NQF level 2) with just over 4 years’ experience in a big 5 environment, both have been assessed as back up trails rangers. They will consider a combined salary of R16 000.00 live in and is open to any provinces.

Candidate 6

She is a dedicated, determined and focused applicant looking for her next challenge at a well-established property. She has a strong background in Front of House / Guest Relations and is fully bilingual. She also has experience in a more admin orientated role with strong stock control and accounting knowledge.  She requires a salary starting at R9 000.00 live in, with no preferences to a specific area or province.

Candidate 7

She has a Btech Degree in Tourism Management from the University of Johannesburg which she completed in 2012. During her studies, she worked in various part time positions including Administration Assistant at a travel agency, a Guest House where she assisted in arranging events and a supervisory role in a country lodge. She is currently an Assistant Guest House Manager and is keen to take on different challenges. She has outstanding people skills coupled with superb communication skills. She is customer service focused and committed to achieving the highest level of guest satisfaction. Although she is ideally looking for positions in the Western Cape and Gauteng, she is open to other areas and her live in salary requirements are R12 000.00

Candidate 8

He completed the 18 month basic cooking skills course through the Singita School of Cooking in 2013 and has not looked back since. He is passionate, dedicated, creative and has a positive outlook on life. He will consider opportunities close to home (Hluvukani, Mpumalanga) and is looking for a live in package offering R6 500.00

Candidate 9

This experienced Financial and HR Manager is looking for her next challenge. She has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, is deadline driven and thrives under pressure. In her previous positions she was part of the senior management team and can take on the role of an Assistant Manager. Her salary requirements are negotiable, starting at R18 000.00 and she is open to all provinces.  

Candidate 10

Her excellent communication skills and her hardworking attitude makes her ideal for any front office or guest relations positions. She is currently employed as an Assistant Front Office Manager at a lodge, but has experience in bigger hotels as well. She is looking for opportunities in Gauteng, KZN, Limpopo and Mpumalanga and her expected salary is R9 000.00 live in
