Location: Muan, Botswana

    Hospitality qualification (for both candidates). Must have at least 5 years plus experience in management roles. Excellent communication skills. Unfortunately no children allowed.

    Responsible for the smooth running of the camp in all areas from guest experience to staff and admin:

General Management Couple


Location: Kruger National Park

Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience

    Must have previous experience as a Management Couple at a 4 or 5 star property. Ideally a mature couple with 5 - 8 years experience. Physically fit. Excellent communication skills and passionate about the bush.

    HIM: FGASA, full Trails, qualified guide who will be responsible for all guiding, maintenance, staff management, etc.

    HER: Fulfill a role of Guest Services/Administrator. Strong financial acumen. Meticulous. Pay attention to detail

    Must be able to manage up to 50 staff

    6 weeks on and 2 weeks off

Manager / Hostess


Location: Pilanesberg, North West

Salary: R12 000 - R15 000 live in

    Looking for a candidate with 5 star management experience. This person must be well presented and fluent in English.

    Duties will include:

    - Management of the property

    - Creating memorable guest experiences





Front Office Duty Manager


Location: Polokwane, Limpopo

Salary: R8 000 - R10 000 live out

    Our client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Front Office Manager for a Hotel. The successful candidate should have at least 3 years relevant experience within a  4/5* Hotel and will be responsible to assist with the daily operation of the Front Office and staff management. Must have a formal hospitality qualification. Proficient on Opera and Micros. Must be able to successfully manage, train and motivate a team. Excellent guest relations and communication skills. Must have in-depth knowledge in FOH and Accommodation. Excellent guest relations skills.

    - Answering and directing telephone calls

    - Assisting with queries and guest complaints

    - Making reservations and adjustments to reservations

    - Processing payments and compiling invoices of guests stay

    - Daily reporting and handovers

    - Checking in and out of guests





Operations Manager


Location: Lephalale, Limpopo

Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience

    Matric. Hospitality management qualification. Well spoken and well presented. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Previous experience on Micros and Opera would be an advantage. Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Duty Manager as well as a minimum of 3 years in an Operations Management position in a 4/5* hotel. Strong hospitality background in food and beverage, front of house and accommodation.


    The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day operations of the hotel and manage the entire hotel in the absence of the GM




Banqueting Manager


Location: Polokwane, Limpopo

Salary: R12 000 negotiable live out

    Matric with a formal hospitality degree or diploma. Minimum of 2 - 3 years banqueting management experience. Polite, friendly person with a strong personality that can think of their feet. Well spoken and presented Strong leader who has managed employees. Excellent administration and organisational skills. Must be able to work under pressure and effectively deal with difficult guests. Experience in running functions of up to 250 pax at a five star level.

    - Training, motivating and managing all restaurant staff

    - Assisting with queries and guest complaints

    - Creating and maintaining relationships with guests in the restaurant

    - Responsible for the planning and execution of function

    - Assist with Duty Management tasks

    - Monthly stock takes




Duty Manager


Location: St Lucia, KwaZulu Natal

Salary: R8 000 live in

    Matric. Good computer skills. Presentable, Peoples person with a positive attitude. MUST have a drivers licence. be confident, well spoken and quick to pick up things.

    - Checking in and out of guests

    - Meeting and greeting guests

    - General housekeeping checks

    - Office admin and general lodge duties

    - Back up reservations

    - Hosting of guests 




Couple: Assistant Lodge Manager / Field Guide


Location: Pilanesberg, North West

Salary: R14 000 live in combined

    Assistant Lodge Manager: A qualification in Hospitality and/or reservations would be ideal. Answering phones, taking bookings, handling all lodge admin, supervising staff, checking in and out of guests, hosting of guests. Must have a drivers licence and own vehicle. At least 2 years assistant management experience in a lodge or hotel.

    Field Guide: Matric. FGASA Level 2. DEAT North West Provence. PDP. 5 Star service orientated. Big 5 experience. Must be fluent in English. Non-smoker.
